So far I'm pretty happy working at Ruby Tuesday. I get along with all my coworkers and I like a majority of the customers. There's days when I'm not happy but that goes for most employers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to talk to and are always willing to help when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team members pull their own weight and we all get along.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy that I'm making cash that I'll have to bring home everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As far as I know I don't have a compensation package except for discounts on food.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt comfortable and they let me know they liked me soon after talking with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be able to get some kind of raises or be allowed to get overtime. I do many jobs and I don't feel I'm paud enough.
