they need to be properly trained, they need to be vetted before being hired, they need to stop hiring bums who work for a couple months and leave without notice
the quickness after the manager came out and spoke with me, it took a while and the place was dead but once he came out I answered like 6 questions and left.
Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.
