disgustingly one sided workplace where favoritism runs wild, the earned pto was pulled after many employees had already earned it and had plans set up to use it, there are managers working with their wives on shift, servers that leave whenever they want, and cooks that are short tempered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to be properly trained, they need to be vetted before being hired, they need to stop hiring bums who work for a couple months and leave without notice
What did you like most about the interview process?
the quickness after the manager came out and spoke with me, it took a while and the place was dead but once he came out I answered like 6 questions and left.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.
