My experience has been very positive. There is a lot of effort focused on making the team feel like a team, which is critical because many of the people on my team work from home.

There's an understanding that everyone is busy and working--and that seems to make people more willing to help out on projects because we all have a common goal(s).

Everyone is friendly and it definitely feels like a TEAM instead of a group of individual contributors. There are frequent meetings, and at least once a week we are encouraged to meet to discuss anything but work. It builds camaraderie.
