The transparency they provide to us. When decisions are made, they clear articulate why those decisions were made. I've been with the company only 2 months, and the CEO is scheduling 1:1s with our new hire team. They're very accessible, and it's refreshing.

Looking at the market, and proposals I get from recruiters calling me, my package is 15-20% below the proposals I can get from other companies

If I look across the company, even in my segment there are people with less responsibility, bringing in less revenue but being paid more. If we could level that out as best we can that would help.

Compensation is not in line with the state of customers, product availability and the length of time required to grow large enterprise accounts. Having a $285K quarterly quota directly out of onboarding is simply not realistic and luck is needed to generate a true sale.

The pace of work and the amount of work coming at our team isn't scalable. With recent additions to the executive leadership team, it seems that morale has gone down a bit with the employees that are still here. I wonder who will be next to leave most days.
