Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel promotions should be more fairly attributed and anticipated whithin each team, they should also be based on clearly identified and transparent KPIs. I don't think it is fair to grant the company average salary increase to an employee who reached her/his yearly objective.

I feel there's far too much responsibility on my plate and while some recognition is nice and increase in compensation is welcome, this is not a sustainable way to operate. I feel we need to do a better job hiring and supporting the teams tasked with taking on more projects.
