Love the people, the positive "doing" mindset, stunned by how much we are able to achieve together. On the other hand I feel there is not enough communication cross-teams / alignment on company strategy must happen more often / more trainings are required to facilitate knowledege sharing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel promotions should be more fairly attributed and anticipated whithin each team, they should also be based on clearly identified and transparent KPIs. I don't think it is fair to grant the company average salary increase to an employee who reached her/his yearly objective.
