What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we have Summer Flex days, Flexible PTO, and company wide unplug days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly wage increases based on the living wage as well as every team gets a bonus not just sales

I wish i had the option to choose a different benefit plan (I would willingly pay more) and I wish we matched our 401k. I would also like the option to have a bonus ie like the sales team.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my direct immediate team is that I can be my genuine self with them. I don't have to worry about who I am and how I express myself.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers can sometimes become too involved in topics that are not directly impactful on their own workflow and day to day. There are certain teams who don't share equal workload or shift workload to teams because they are unwilling to do it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most positive thing is that everyone within the company is big on crossfunctional support, even when it comes to asking questions for ones growth, they are very open to having those conversations.

What did you like most about the interview process?
meeting a variety of people. openness to the process and how it would unfold.

I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with several stakeholders that I would be working with on a regular cadence. My recruiter prepped me just enough to feel confident going in to my interview while still feeling challenged by the questions that were asked.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'd like to see more advocacy for my team amongst the broader organization. At the moment, our work is dictated largely by people who make decisions not knowing how much time it takes to accomplish the task and how much wasted time is involved. My time could be much better respected.
