Salsify does many things well and seems to genuinely care about building a successful business, but as an individual contributor I feel like I have very few career advancement opportunities here.

401k match - we're not a startup any more, employees working at a company as large as Salsify are not here for a fun agile company, they're here for someone big and stable. That includes a 401k match. Eng leadership is explicit that they pay market salaries and no more. We should do better.
