Collaborative; everyone is working hard to improve as a whole team without trying too hard to look good as individuals, and without ever passing blame, which does make them all look great as individuals. We trust and genuinely enjoy each other. I'd hire any of them again without a moment of thought.

People really care about each other. We're all doing our fair share as well as we can. Management is structured so nobody gets lost in the crowd.
