Overall - I really enjoy my job and my work. Recently, there have been 3 individuals who've expressed concern that ELT is not managing personnel challenges and it is disheartening given the accusations and evidence of less than desired conduct by senior staff and leaders.

The people on my team are personable and I enjoy getting to know them as individuals and not just professionals. We get a long and have good comradery.

I genuinely enjoy what I do and the relationship I have with my manager. His managing style suits me well and he is supportive and encourages my personal growth.

I recently was promoted and the pay raise is not market. ELT told our team we had our best quarter ever, yet my pay was not adjusted to accurately reflect the volume of work and responsibilities I've inherited over the last 3-6 months.
