I have been very happy at my company since I've been here over the past three years, working on the same client. I feared the worst having come from a partner who was bought out and let many of us go, but it has turned out to be my most enjoyable job ever so far.

Our team of developers are working together at the same client and it is refreshing to have others to experience the challenges at the client and share them internally.

I really like Steve Tzikakis. Besides having a Shih Tzu as I have and foster many, he seems sharp and on the pulse of where we fit in and can excel.

At the moment, the model switch for me from what I've experienced in the past where the current client goes by next steps instead of hard timelines and we get paid for every hour with no PMs making us scope things to an unrealistic expectation.

I have had a very unusual experience since joining Sitecore in that I am on a team of many of us Sitecore developers and have been on one client for a few years now. The client has a next steps approve vs hard timeline, which greatly reduces the stress in development.
