As a long time employee, there has been a lot of change & inconsistencies with management. At the manager level, there is a care/concern with employees but often lost at exec level. Overall, company is trying to move in a positive direction but could prioritize employee retention/satisfaction.

When we used to travel for events, the team would make it a priority to plan dinners and social events. This helped not only with team bonding but also created great working friendships.

Raises within the company has been very inconsistent not only in timing but in % amount. There lacks a structure and clear understanding of how to achieve, succeed and continue growth in compensation.
