Too much push for change without proper research into the affects. Changes are made without a full understanding of the impacts to the respective BU, because of this workarounds are then implemented to make the changes kind of work. That is not how things should be done at a company this size.

The culture is broken. There are a lot of people who want to help the company be successful but they are outweighed by those who don't and the lack of accountability
