BETTER COMMUNICATION. A supervisor takes off more days and has not been there six months. Does not let his team know he is gone you have no one to contact no way to get an answer and no one knows what the left hand is doing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked here for 2 years and have not received a raise, and am a top performer. Crazy workload! I do not want to work my butt off and not be paid. Others who started with me got a raise from a different manager a year ago, and I never did

I was told starting across the board was one number but then a month later someone with no experience was paid more per hour and was a male. I asked my supervisor and was told it was just changed company wide yet no email nothing. Others have seen this happen also. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION

some need to take showers brush teeth (UGGH) when boyfriend/girlfriend are working same shift and there is favoritism something needs to be fixed

My supervisor is LAX to say the least you ask a question and he has no idea you ask about your monthly one on ones that have not happened in six months and he tells you he is too busy yet if you were a man he will sit with you promote you and push you forward. He has been there less than one year

The Houston market is really suffering,new management is not helpful .

There are so many issues, and no one is resolving them. We have meeting after meeting as to how we can work on the issues we are experiencing, and no one is taking us people lower on the ladder seriously.
