They're too occupied over trivial things unrelated to the actual work, so you can get away with a lot.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are so many issues, and no one is resolving them. We have meeting after meeting as to how we can work on the issues we are experiencing, and no one is taking us people lower on the ladder seriously.
