Good humoured and hard working team - just a shame they don't get an adequate reward for all their hard work (i.e. less holidays and WELL BELOW market rate of pay). Treats/special events come out of my own pocket. No budget for any treats unless you're in sales, who are all fiddling their bonuses.

better communication, better funding for staff, wages and tools, stop giving your useless mates important roles they are clearly inadequate for, put some money into the services that are profitable and stop making deals just because you get a commission but drains the company budgets.

What makes you most happy at work?
Win/Win/Win/Win... I get to assist customers by solving their problems, I get to assist Stericycle with revenue growth, we do the RIGHT THING as environmental steward for the planet and I make a very nice living doing all this.
