Constantly explaining the issues time and time again with nothing being resolved or even an attempt to try to fix one of the countless issues. A minimum of a 15% wage increase.

No but the pay doesn't reflect the work load and how customer involved the job is only barely get paid enough for what the work is let alone representing the company and dealing with customers face to face you very much are first on the firing line

We are paid a flat rate for doing nights and days on a contential shift pattern. Having to throw medical waste to the roof of a 7ft trailer which is illegal

When first started, I was told not to interact with the other coworkers. If I was going to be a swing driver I had to get to know them. The lead driver told me not to say anything or to talk to them. He would talk behind their back he would talk about their religion he would talk about their familie

Any kind of leadership would help because we are void of it, communication other then here is more work for you. Realizing that the physical and mental stress are real.

Managers have a poor attitude lack any leadership. Tend to hold grudes and cant take constructive critisim. Will try and retaliate at any given chance.

Responsibility needs to be taken from upper management. That is the point of management positions. If one shift is falling behind, find out why and how to fix the problem. If retraining is required, take the time to complete retraining. Unprofessional behavior should no longer be tolerated.

There was no interview you dont even talk to anyone they sit you on a computer for your first day then show you around the shop. Its the reason most new hires quit or get hurt within the first week

Tell the customers the truth. Don't tell them lies. Don't listen to the lead driver because she is going to get you thrown in federal prison. He signed stuff that he's not supposed to sign. I have told this to HR. Even recorded the conversation.

Everything is going wrong and no one says anything about it for fear of retaliation. Wage increase, PPE that actually might prevent being infected with a global pandemic virus.

Corporate offices do not seem to understand the industry and or federal regulations. They also seem to be blinded by the STERICYCLE brand that we are so big, no matter our pricing or timing, clients will prefer to stay with us before finding other disposal facilities.
