
It was very easy. My manager asked very simple questions and I was almost offered the position on the spot.
There is very little constancy or responsibility taken from the leadership team. Any conflict is either ignored or just passed to some other department.
My current coworkers on my shift are awesome. We have ourselves created a good workplace of learning and teamwork. Other shift take advantage of our productivity.
There are no tiers for career advancement. To move to any higher position I am going to have to leave the company. Any new position is given to new hires, not offered to current employees.
Responsibility needs to be taken from upper management. That is the point of management positions. If one shift is falling behind, find out why and how to fix the problem. If retraining is required, take the time to complete retraining. Unprofessional behavior should no longer be tolerated.
Corporate offices do not seem to understand the industry and or federal regulations. They also seem to be blinded by the STERICYCLE brand that we are so big, no matter our pricing or timing, clients will prefer to stay with us before finding other disposal facilities.
