  • Software engineering is a creative process, so thyssenkrupp management is generally very open to flexible schedules. I come in around 9:30 and stay later on Mondays and Wednesdays when I don't have early evening plans. Others on my team come in at 6:00 so they can work into their other family times. However, not all teams are as flexible, so you should ask about this during your interview if it's important to you.
