The salary for an engineer is dreadful compared to the rest of the uk
The company seems to believe in paying as little as possible and still expects high quality. I am paid poverty level wages in a job with no responsibility but still make more than most people here. It isn't worth it to seek other positions because it would mean a pay cut.

Absolutely no semblance of teamwork. Supervisor will not provide any help if the good ol boy network doesnt approve. Even to the detrement of time wasted on job

Comfortable Work Space. Whether standing at our desk or in a desk chair, I'm comfortable while I'm working.
The environment is very positive with all the different teams so eager to teach the new ways with the new updated elevators and new employees coming to the job.
