HR is and always has been for the company. HR is not there for the employee. That shows. And they DON'T handle issues. Its swept under the carpet for the most part

They're good at coming up with new and improved ideas and hold several patents.
Why work for ThyssenKrupp?
It USED to be a great company. I personally feel once Germany took over the company early 2000's it became a lot more impersonal. I guess I keep hoping for the best; that it will once more be fun to work there.
How's the morale at ThyssenKrupp?
Morale has gone downhill since the new "regime" about 2 years ago. Employees aren't appreciated for their hard work. Longevity and loyalty means nothing to the company. People are not happy

Producing good parts for our customer and no one being injured in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team at ThyssenKrupp?
We meet weekly and discuss all business issues openly and honestly and everyone on the team participates and contributes to our mission.
