The genuine interactions with people. TJs honestly has a toxic positivity work culture, where people have been written up and lost a raise for not smiling enough, or because their attitude didn't live up to a vague standard.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I get paid $1 more than the minimum starting wage and I've been with the store for 5 years. I would certainly feel better if I wasn't training newbies who are making more than I am, and if half an hour of lateness over 6 months wasn't enough to lose me my raise.

The people. A lot of the time it's not the individual managers that are the problem, but the way the company is run. I know most of my managers are good people who know what the right thing is, but they have to protect their own jobs and do something they might not agree with.
