They are personable sometimes you can get them to laugh

The leadership team at my store has an open door policy and that is crucial for successful development of the employees, you can get immediate feedback and support for daily concerns, etc.

They were all crew members first. They understand what the crew members do and they really try to be supportive.

Review from Sales Dept

Everything about them and their leadership

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually leading stop hiding in the corners gossiping

Communication, expectaions, attitude, and fair compensation

reliably adhering to company "Values," communication, handling HR and in-store harassment.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Communication, organization, training, saftey, teamwork

A leadership team needs to be present. The team needs to inspire employees. The team needs to actively listen. The team needs to provide constructive criticism effectively. The team needs to recognize and grow talent to help the company.

Treating employees like human beings and knowing we all have family to take care outside work.

being more supportive. most of our mates don't know how to work 80% of the sections in the store if anything goes wrong I can only rely on about 20% of the mate team to fix any issues I may have.

Advocating for their crew and supporting them when they go above their value for the company. As well as not setting the crew member up for un seen consequence due to intentional lack of communicating or rules in which managment would be accountable for in the defended response of the crew member.

Advocating and supporting crew members who sacrifice thei time and efforts while not being valued as such. As well as evidence of set up of consequence due to intentional lack of communication not to the fault of the crew member.

professionalism, transparency, safety, standards, consistency, communication, HR very difficult to contact with questions

Actually listening to the team. Not microdosing on mushrooms to try to get through their day to attempt to get through enough time to pass the problem off to the next person that has to come in the next day.

Listening to all crew members. Not just promoting " favorites". Valuing all staff. Being a strong leader and building positive attitude amongst all the crew. Not listening to gossip or allowing cretain crew members to promote their own agendas. Patience and slow to anger. Seeing the bigger picture.

they need better communication and training

They need management training. They also need to implement more thorough screening during the hiring process. Need to maintain professionality.

Treating people with basic human dignity. Half of the managers are okay, but anyone looking for upward mobility into being a "Captain" at this store is incredibly vain, and insincere in their dealings with regular crew. They will throw you under the bus as soon as it is expedient to do so.

Sacrificing everything at the bottom for profits

Caring about crew members and their expierences at all. They only consider the customer expierence and store profitability.

people skills my managment doesnt know how to deal with people

Everything a leadership could improve.

Review from Customer Support Dept

treating people fairly no matter their position
