My peers are great, it is management staff that are awful and make coming to work unpleasant.
The store does little in terms of making sure 300 employees are not partaking in discriminatory behavior against eachother or clientele. I've heard antisemitic, anti lgbt, anti Asian, and anti black commentary nearly daily since working there.
Managemnet needs to be completely revamped. I have been told to "be quiet and forget" several times in response to my complaints
Listening to each other and valuing what each crew member bring to the table. Less about being competitive and more about supporting and helping each other as a team.

Co-workers are great for the most part but there is a lack of training and support from the top.

There is not enough room to write it all down. Mostly horrible nasty people who get away with many bad things.
Most of them need to be fired they are just lazy people trying to recreate high school and again the favoritism is just disgusting

Doing their work with integrity! Stop clicks and making others feel left out or talked about. The young crowd here are free to do as they please. Gossip should be stopped and not taken as truth.
