I like that we get interviewed by three different people. That way it's not just one person making the decision.

When I was interviewed they made also had wuestions that made it feel like it was trying to make it personal and able to gert to know me as well

Why have 3 interwiews mates act like they dont want to work captains you barlely see or they barely speak

Interview was held in a back room next to the trash and loud noises. There are no offices. Interview was not ADA friendly at all.

I asked for one dollar higher - believing that my customer experience was well worth it. One manager who interviewed thought it was fine but hiring manager said no and started me at the lowest/average starting pay. I had a few months of grocery experience too. I was disappointed but wanted the job

Allow more crew memebers to be a part of the procees. We have to worm with the jerks they hire and if no one else cares.... who will untill some one cant take it abymore

I had 3 interviews over the course of a month, and on my start date, the manager had to leave early without telling me, so I wasted my time and had to wait till a few days later to start, very unprofessional

Hire better people who want this job and are.wulling to work.

Dont be so desperate to hire.
