Managemnet needs to be completely revamped. I have been told to "be quiet and forget" several times in response to my complaints

Allow more crew memebers to be a part of the procees. We have to worm with the jerks they hire and if no one else cares.... who will untill some one cant take it abymore

Actually listening to the team. Not microdosing on mushrooms to try to get through their day to attempt to get through enough time to pass the problem off to the next person that has to come in the next day.

I qoild like to believe i work for a company with ethics as a integruty that rates as the highest importance. I feel like im working for a highschool drama driven promqueen. The person who she likes best this week is who gets favor and the person they like the least gets the long end of the stick
