It was straight forward. I didn't feel like I got asked any "gotcha" questions or had any unreasonable requests.

We work together to get things completed. There are high expectations, but the team I work with tries to accept responsibility and ownership of the situations.

The benefits are reasonably priced. There are levels of medical and vision insurance to choose from. It's not platinum coverage, but for a major corporation it's good.

There can be negative input, but that doesn't make it a negative environment. I think we work honestly and try to do what's best for the company and the workers.

Tyson Foods is a great company to work for. They really try to take care of their employees. They pay well, have good benefits, but they also have expectations, which is expected. The supervisors and managers work 10 to 12 hours per day and have a lot of paperwork. Overall really good job.
