I'll say it as many times as needed: the people and the environment. This culture and environment is the reason I've been here for two years and loved every second of it.
The people. They care for one another, and will help you solve any problems you have. It's also a growth environment. We all want to grow ourselves so we can better serve our neighbors.
Not only does the leadership team teach you to lead, they teach you to live. They care for you as a person, not just an employee. We are more than a number to them, which makes me feel good.
We get paid for the work we put in. So if I work hard, my results will typically show that. Now that's not always the case, and that's why base pay is a great saving grace for those off weeks.
Oh man, these people care so much. They are always there to help and support one another. But they're also just people, and you have great relationships with them. I always drive to as many meetings as I can because of the people.
