I think it's easy to complain when things aren't working the way you thought, but it becomes a vicious cycle when a lot of the communication between coworkers is either venting or making fun.
You have to care about people in order to do this job. You have to care about the other managers and about your reps. People can't phone it in and expect to do well. I like that you have to be invested in your people.
