As a college student who has been with the company for over 2 years now, my overall experience has been very positive. The growth and experience I've gotten working here is absolutely invaluable. It has put me years ahead of most people my age and makes me very confident in my future after college.

I love how they are very engaged in helping young people grow as individuals on the job and out. Also, it's an all around great support group, whether it's someone from your local leadership team to leadership team members in other states.

I enjoy meeting the customers. Everyone you sit down with is unique and memorable in their own way. Even if they don't end up purchasing anything, you end up building this great bond and learning a lot coming out of every appointment.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The leaders. They are the ones who you can tell care the most about the people in the organization. Whether it's taking my work calls after midnight just to help me, or giving me (20 yrs. old) life/dating advice, they are always there for us.

The positive culture of the team. Everyone on the team either has a positive growth mindset, or are being taught/learning how to have one. It makes the environment around the office feel very motivating and supportive. Sometimes I would go to the office just to get my schoolwork done.

I love how you get paid off of how hard you work. As someone who is at a high commission level from being here for 2 years it's a great feeling to know that I can make as much as I want each week. Also, I like how the company offers the base pay for the newer reps, makes it a lot less stressful
