The most positive thing is how the company is focused on improving us as individuals. Its always about us first.

I love the relationships that our company events create. I look forward to seeing people from across the company who I've grown close with every event we host.

I love the way they create the culture. The culture at Vector is something that I have yet to see anywhere else. They do an amazing job of making it fun, rewarding and competitive.
