Overall, I had a pretty good summer. The experience I had was like no other. Even though I had a rough summer and struggled a bit with funds it was a good experience to have under my belt.

Seeing myself, my reps, and the other branch managers succeed. In fact I love seeing the whole division succeed.

I feel like we did everything as a team. Everyone cares about each other and we always communicated to check up and help each other.

My division in general were very close. We were like family. We hung out with each other outside of work and everything. We understood each other from our successes and struggles. Its nice to have friends that have the same hard working mind set as you.

As a branch manager who had a rough summer, I feel like there should be sometime of incentive or help to get us through the summer. I moved a little over 4 hours away to branch, and it was rough trying to budget for rent, food, and other basic living expenses.
