Positive and exciting but there are some growing pains- the company has grown so fast some simple HR practices are messy and skipped. A lot of teams are not in sync. On boarding process was messy.

Opportunities to shine. Working closely in a coaching capacity with younger team members and helping them be great.

Lots of freedom and autonomy to try new things. The culture is very supportive of big epic ideas and generally everyone is kind and respectful.

Very welcoming environment with lots of amazing people who are truly the best at that they do. I learn from them daily. Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help.

Based in years of experience and daily work quality I am underpaid compared to market value. It is always hard to understand how a company views roles and titles when interviewing. Based on others at the same level I am senior. A raise and promotion would balance this out.
