What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is comprised of highly ethical people who care about people's happiness and doing the right thing. They are easily accessible to any person at any level of the company and listen to feedback with an open mind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The week off for Summer Break and Christmas Break combined with unlimited paid vacation is fantastic. I love to travel and my family lives out of state, so this allows me to see the people I care about and do the things I love.

Prolific recently increased the amount it contributes to our health & dental, which is amazing. We also have unlimited PTO which is encouraged to take.

Everyone is very supportive and collaborative. There aren't people with ego at Prolific and virtually no politics.
