What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone recruited seems very qualified for the position
They are genuine and with good hearts. However, the structure in place is broken.

Transparent insights into the direction of the company
We all have different backgrounds and perspectives but we work so well together because of it. The job can be stressful at times but knowing I can rely on the person sitting next to me makes everything worth it.
Very welcoming environment with lots of amazing people who are truly the best at that they do. I learn from them daily. Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be better communication and better hiring of crtical thinking efficient problem solvers
