WeWork Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is always supporting you

The support and collaboration within the leadership team, as well as the banter!

Open communication. Highly skilled. Friendly

Mature leaders with a clear vision to bring our company to profitability.

There are a lot of people will big-picture ideas which has its place, but the lack of knowledge regarding day-to-day hands-on work is the reason there are so many process and technical problems when it's time to roll out those big ideas.

Not afraid to take risks and try new things. Lots of opportunity to move around and grow.

Review from Marketing Dept

Innovative and inspiring, they also put emphasis on the individual and give you the freedom to do what you love.

The leadership team is comprised of highly ethical people who care about people's happiness and doing the right thing. They are easily accessible to any person at any level of the company and listen to feedback with an open mind.

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team at Prolific delegates ownership of Prolific to the people. They ensure we as a whole team are empowered to reach our fullest potential and have an enjoyable work environment.

Review from Marketing Dept

Open to change; accessible; friendly

Their continued passion to "make it better"

Review from Product Dept

Very visible, approachable and extremely committed - which is reflected in the culture of the company. People are generally empowered to drive change internally - encouraged to take on new challenges and to never feel constrained by their roles.

They care a lot about the company and the people that work there

Honest and supportive. They don't pretend to know all the answers and are always available to help if I ask.

Empathetic people who truly care about employees.

Review from Product Dept

Someone once asked me "what's the best benefit your company offers?" My answer was trust. Having a leadership team that trusts me encourages me to take ownership, and they've got my back when I need help.

Review from Design Dept

Our leadership team is driven, transparent and accessible. I’ve never met such an approachable leadership team in my career. This type of relationship allows me to be a better manager

Review from Design Dept

I've worked at other companies where the leadership team couldn't care less about their team. This leadership team cares about our individual career growth, and go beyond empty words they take action. Whether it's creating Flexible PTO to ensure our work/life balance, matching our 401ks, etc.

Review from Operations Dept

They're ambitious and mission driven

Review from Operations Dept

Very passionate about what they do

Review from Design Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The business is a global venture. Stop thinking like Americans.

Leadership team needs better communication across all departments

everything. they have zero leadership skills. They are judgmental, rude, and will scream at you when in a bad mood

evertyhing they are toxic and have no business leading

being honest about the motives of the company

Communication and execution of new SOP. Stop rolling out new programs until their tried and tested successfully.

Review from Operations Dept

Have a business model that isn't a Ponzi Scheme.

Elevating high performers and recognizing business impact

Be hands-on and find the right mind to fit into the culture

Train middle managers. Many of them are inexperienced and power tripping.

transparant, updates, addressing things head on without waiting for complaints to pile up so much

Review from Design Dept

Not as determined as top CEO's.
