WeWork Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was efficient. Little did I know it would be the last efficient thing I experienced at WeWork

Review from Operations Dept

Transparent process with great balance of Q&A

How they invite you to be authentic, to be yourself, as one of the values of the company.

Quick turn around on offer

Honesty and willingness to share

Speed, honesty, transparency, value based

I met with five people of varying titles and they were all very welcoming as easy to converse with.

They truly are judging based on skills for the role and do a very thorough deep dive

Review from Marketing Dept

Nothing positive about the interview process.

A quick process, and I got to meet lots of people from the team - everyone was really welcoming

The people cared and while being very friendly took the interview and process very seriously.

Lots of talking and expectation setting.

Review from Product Dept

They were willing to fly me to New York and let me observe a day in the office.

Review from Design Dept

The breadth of disciplines they out in front of me. It helped me understand of collobarative and cross discipline they really are.

Review from Design Dept

That it wasn't super serious. We were able to have a great conversation and laugh while still go through the usual questions one can expect from an interview. I didn't feel nervous

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have greater interaction with the candidate and not just try to sell a false narrative. The candidate will figure it out in the end.

they don't communicate. Also the recruiters and hiring managers lie to you

less interviews. it hinders the process
