The salary is outcome based and not necessarily time based. We get to work as little as 4 days a week (if we can complete all of our duties in that time)

My manager and exec team will always listen to any concerns. They are very transparent and will not lie to you. My line manager is always available to offer me guidance and does not micro manage me

theres a lot of transparency between the teams and different arms of the business, so any team's updates are easily visibile to everyone else seeing one of our offices celebrate a cultural public holiday in another country is great

i'm given all of the resources to be able to complete my job effectively i'm not micromanaged, but if i do have roadblocks there is always an avenue to get some help or guidance the thing that makes me most happy is knowing that i'm part of a great team
