Interviewing was really easy and fast. I love this company overall, but wish they hadn't pulled the wool over my eyes on how horrible the front desk manager is to staff and guests.
When our front desk manager is not here we can freely work as a team for the most part. Minimal unnecessary drama, and we all at the end of the day go home feeling good about the job we have done, and feel like a work family.
Stop targeting people to get them to quit. Stop talking about people and spreading misinformation and gossip about others. Stop judging guests by how much wealth they are assumed to have. Stop being biased on who we allow to stay and changing the rate to higher rate for "sketchy looking people"
