My location does not provide adequate training then expects more than we have time to do due to being short staffed. Cleanliness & maintenance are also not met with any kind of adequate concern.

Provide time for adequate training for their front desk staff, following through with guest concerns and problems that need to be addressed (HK & maintenance mostly), being more respectful when assigning tasks when they see we are already in the middle of a task.
