Let employees have some input in the hire pool, we work with these people we know if they really can work or not. To the powers that be they are just a piece of paper.
Quit with the moral busting, as long as the products are getting made and the machines are running safely. Let the workers sing, let them enjoy there time at work. A happy worker is a productive worker.
