Our employee networks (eg: Hispanics/Latinx at Adobe, Women at Adobe) are great places to learn, grow, meet others with similar experiences. The networks are open to all. Just today I attended the Black Employee Network Leadership Summit and got to hear from our CFO!

We have a culture of respect, for each other, for our community and for our customers and partners. In a world that often seems so divided, I am glad I don't have to deal with that at work. I genuinely enjoy and like the people I work with.

We get a month paid sabbatical every 5 years (5 weeks at 10 yrs, 6 weeks every 5 years after that), we get two paid shutdowns a year and global days off. I love my work and what I do but it's important to take a break and rest.

I love my job & the work I do AND I am so grateful for our sabbaticals every 5 yrs, our Global Wellness Days each month & our shutdowns. Time off (when everyone else is also off) gives me time to rest, renew, spend uninterrupted time with those I love so I can came back & give my best to the company
