I work with talented, motivated colleagues on challenging work that is meaningful to me and valued by the company, I work hard and appreciate all the wonderful benefits and perqs like sabbaticals, 2 shutdowns a year, every third Friday off during COVID, matching for my donations and volunteer time
Adobe has been very good to me, I have great benefits (medical, etc), as well as perqs (Learning Fund, matching gift program), I do work that is meaningful to me and that is valued by the company, I work with really talented people who inspire me, and I am proud of what we deliver to the market.
I have chosen to stay at Adobe for over 30 years. I have voted with my feet. I have had plenty of opportunities to leave but when I evaluate what I have with the other opps, Adobe wins out - great colleagues, culture, benefits, work that I am passionate about and is valued.
I work with smart, talented, kind individuals on meaningful work in a company that cares about our community, the environment as well as our customers.
Smart, talented individuals who also care about people
Making an impact corporately as well as on our individual employees makes me happiest.
motivated, inspiring, creative, honest, kind, thoughtful, talented and care for me as a person
I get to work on meaningful work that is challenging with people I like and continue to learn from.
Talented, forward thinking, exemplify Adobe's values, honestly care about employees, invest their time around culture, diversity and culture and learning
People matter. The company invests in programs, benefits and perks into our employees and employees care about each other.
Time off to renew like sabbatical, every third Friday off during COVID, two company shutdowns a year (Christmas and 4th of July)
Smart, talented individuals I actually care about and who care about me. We are all focused on achieving the goals without egos involved.
I love to invest in human potential so when I see someone take a risk, believe in themselves, have a success, that makes my day.
They are talented, motivated, inspire me to be my best, make me feel like my opinion matters, I constantly learn from my colleagues and I genuinely like them.
Talented, smart, thoughtful, kind individuals who care about me and whom I care about personally. There is no competition, just a focus on solving the problem for our customers.
Every employee, regardless of level, is eligible for the annual bonus plan, we all share in the success and profits of the company. I love our sabbatical program and 2 annual shutdowns.
We share in the success of the company with our annual bonus plan. Every employee from top to bottom is eligible for the bonus which is based on us all successfully reaching our targets.
Doing challenging work with talented colleagues and then being able to solve the problem, achieve the goals and do amazing things that I am proud of, that aligns with my values and what is important to me.
in my role I build leaders, what makes me happy is to see people fully embrace their talents, be inspired to take a risk and see them grow and succeed doing something they didn't know they could achieve.
Our leadership team is not only talented thought leaders in their area of expertise, they are thoughtful, compassionate leaders that have demonstrated over and over that they are focused on the long term success of Adobe AND on our employees.
Smart, talented, committed to the goal (not just looking good) and genuinely nice people that I like to be around. Not many of my friends can say that. During the pandemic there has been a genuine care for each other.
It's a culture of respect and integrity, I don't feel people have a hidden agenda, they want to collaboratively solve the problem, I can assume good intent, people are internally motivated and they inspire me, I feel seen and heard and valued
Not only are they brilliant in what they do, they are genuinely good people that are about individuals. During the pandemic I have been impressed with their focus on well being and safety. They care about people, not just the bottom line.
People are accepted for who they are and celebrated. As a creative company, we depend on all ideas to be expressed. Acceptance enables and empowers all to share. It makes the company more successful and it creates a great culture of belonging and acceptance.
Our employee networks (eg: Hispanics/Latinx at Adobe, Women at Adobe) are great places to learn, grow, meet others with similar experiences. The networks are open to all. Just today I attended the Black Employee Network Leadership Summit and got to hear from our CFO!
While they have the intelligence, skills & capabilities required for leadership, what I highly value is they genuinely care about us individually and collectively. They live our values. At Adobe we say "it's not just what you do, but HOW you do it that matters".
We have a culture of respect, for each other, for our community and for our customers and partners. In a world that often seems so divided, I am glad I don't have to deal with that at work. I genuinely enjoy and like the people I work with.
We get a month paid sabbatical every 5 years (5 weeks at 10 yrs, 6 weeks every 5 years after that), we get two paid shutdowns a year and global days off. I love my work and what I do but it's important to take a break and rest.
I love my job & the work I do AND I am so grateful for our sabbaticals every 5 yrs, our Global Wellness Days each month & our shutdowns. Time off (when everyone else is also off) gives me time to rest, renew, spend uninterrupted time with those I love so I can came back & give my best to the company
