The positive environment
The environment could thrive, but is held back by questionable corporate decisions and ineffective conferences.
Love our CEO, but I think the rest of the C-suites are disconnected from the organization. Feel they are more concerned with the stock price (read: they're bonus) rather than with our people or customers.
We are constantly brainstorming ways to bring customers through the door. We work great together and always value each others opinions respectfully.
