Listening to the employees at the lowest levels, delivering on promises, focusing on what employees ask for rather than telling them what will make things better.
There is no interest to help each other. My coworkers are only focused on trying to get their own jobs done as fast and cheaply as they can, to please their managers.
Management needs to listen to what the employees are asking for that would help them perform their job better. Additionally, management needs to trust their employees to know what's best, rather than constantly pressuring employees to cut corners.
My compensation is not competitive relative to other engineering fields. I have had to plead my case to multiple levels of management for every raise, and have even had to threaten to quit. It would be better if I was payed a competitive rate, and my managers advocated to improve my compensation.
