When we are able to put things together, we can accomplish everything. Other teams can help you find the best answer when needed, and no one is overly discouraging when working within the company.
I make 10k less than the average for my position; I am currently the highest-paid of my team members. While they do make it up with fun team activities, some of them we aren't able to participate in.
They need training and opportunities for their own personal growth as a manager. Some of them have never even finished high school and are managing at a low ability. Employees are leaving because they feel put down by their managers consistently.
They are currently looking to fill seats and not hire talent. The majority of the people who are hired have never balanced their own checkbook or opened a bank account for themselves, but are required to balance and handle other clients' assets.
