The team and patients make the days.
Dedication, patient care, eveyday sense of feeling like your a family and have each others back
Compensate your RNs, working FAs, and PCTs that make the clinics what they are. Listen to team feedback about a manager as a whole.
Compensating dedicated tenured teammates abd recognize them for all they do. They are the ones that keep the clinics open and the patients happy. Stop offering bonuses and schedule preferance to underperforming teammates just to keep bodies and not have to deal with complaints from them.
No sense of teammwork or share of workload from RODs when a FA is clearly doing all they can to keep a clinic open and still struggling. Basically they dont want to deal with it so they dont. Your pretty much told to "figure it out because its your job". Leads to burnout and turnover.
