
We've been working together for a while and we have creative control of the best way to maintain our department.
I feel a raise would be beneficial at most and at the least, my voice as a worker heard by more than my GM.
There's a lot of suggestions I have if someone would like to reach out to hear them. Otherwise, I don't see much possibility of improvement in our particular location.
Again, there's a lot to say in this section. Things have been going wrong since the acquisition of our company and they haven't improved, and staff hasn't been able to breathe. We've lost a lot of good people because of it.
I cannot think of anything positive that sticks out except that we are owned by a corporation that is able to fund areas of improvement to our building/equipment. We all enjoy working with dogs and some of us have this as a career but we are not supported in the ways I feel we should be.
