I took over a project red clinic. It has been a lot of work and very challenging. We are seeing an increase in visits and revenue. This at least lets me know my hard work does payoff. Just gotta keep the momentum up and find a better work-life balance.

We strive to build a teamwork environment. Everyone is comfortable leaning on each other to help get all the tasks done.

We just cleaned shop. The employees that are still here are people who are passionate, fun, loving individuals. Just need more leadership on how to take initiative and confidence.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
My immediate leadership team is amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. When needing help from other departments like marketing sometimes they are not responsive or are very slow to respond.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
I love seeing our regulars. The owners just love us and their pets do as well. I love being able to chat with them on a personal level and gush over how amazing their pets are.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I feel like there is a lot of overtime that most GMs have to do to keep up with the demands of our centers and corporate requests. I might feel this more than other GMs since I did start out at a project red facility. There is a lot to be done and I do not always feel like I have the support or time
