It has been a good experience. I overall enjoy the work and find it rewarding. I feel like my work makes an impact even if its just in the life of a dog for a few days. I like making connections with the dogs.

I like that my team feels very relaxed and while we are professionals interacting with one another can be a bit more casual. It feels more comfortable than hiding behind an overly professional face for a whole day.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
It is a lot of manual labor in the heat for the pay. It is not the worst pay, im grateful to make above minimum wage and more than my previous jobs, but the labor is rough on the body and there is long exposure to the elements compared to similar paying jobs.
