Well i just got hired on, so I haven't even had my first day yet. However, i dont have any clue wth is going on. Like i dont know how to do anything. Or what im expected to really do. The training material isn't very good. Definitely could use some better material and updated. Im clueless.

I'll be honest, I wasn't aware of any benefits when i applied originally, so I'm thankful for that! Very thankful. I think the hourly wage and training could be better. And i wasnt even aware of any stock or equity compensation. Im pretty lost in alot of areas of this whole experience
